- VERIFIED BUY
- Creates tracked units and cost basis. Later verified buys update weighted average entry.
- SELL
- Any sell excludes the wallet from the current 15-minute epoch.
- SEND
- An outgoing transfer excludes the wallet and consumes verified units first.
- RECEIVE
- Incoming transfers create no basis and no eligible units.
